Jess is one of the first people you talk to when you contact us. She is warm, empathic, and genuine. Clients love her as soon as they meet her, because they can feel her authentic care for their experience right through the phone line. Originally from Reno, NV, she has made Winston-Salem her home for well over a decade. She’s worked alongside Kelley since Gondring Law’s opening in 2020 (which is good, because there is no way we could do this without her). Jess taught classical ballet before switching career paths entirely during Covid. She showed up to help her friend decorate her new office, and she never left. It didn’t take long for Kelley to decide she should probably pay her.

Jess is inspired daily by her two daughters and her pup, Loki. Jess values community and connection, humor, and authenticity. Her free time is filled with various DIY house projects (many of which remain outstanding), cooking, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying the company of friends and family. She’s also a fantastic maker of soups and holiday cards.
